Create a New Post/News Item

From the Dashboard:

  • Publish Button Go to Write, then select Write Post. This opens the editing application. This time it will be completely blank and ready for you to create a totally new post.
  • Enter a title in the title box and use the text editor to enter text and add images. You can use the upload browser underneath to add media files such as sound and video clips and slideshows. You can also add tags (as described in Edit Posts), and place your post within a category so that it will be easier to find.
  • IMPORTANT - When you have finished editing, you have two choices. You can either save or publish your post. New posts wont be visible on your site until they are published so if you want your post to be seen immediately, click publish, or if you want to just save your work and come back to
