Edit a Post/News Item

From the Dashboard:

• Go to Manage, then select Posts. This opens the same application used for editing pages. You can edit your posts in exactly the same way, and add media files using the upload browser underneath. Remember that posts will be arranged chronologically (Most recent first) within the News section of your site.

• Using the toolbar on the right-hand side, you can also place posts within categories, which allows items of common relevance to be viewed together.
• You can also add and edit tags to your posts that will allow users to easily find posts which contain information they want. For example, when you climb Mount Everest and write about it in your news section. You might tag the post: 'mountain', 'Everest', and 'climb'.
• When you have finished editing, click save.
• To see your changes, you need to save them, then go back to the front-end of your site and press the refresh button on your browser.
