This stainless steel powder, 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. It is used for the manufacturing of shafts or components for steam turbines. Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-50 mm. 15-53mm, 15-40 mm. 45-105mm. Use: 3D Printing.

About Stainless Steel Powder.

The powder's properties include low oxygen levels and uniform size distribution. This makes powder extremely useful for powder metalurgisty as well as 3D printing.

Use in Process: The powder can be used for the following: DLD (laser-direct deposition), DLD(laser laser beam additive manufacturing), DLD [laser directly deposition], HIP (powder high isostatic pressing), Metal injection molding(MIM), and many other.

Programmable equipment:Powder is compatible with several 3D printers that are made of metal like Renishaw, EOSINT M Series (Germany), and Concept Laser. You can use it by companies and laser melting equipment in the United States. It is used in the research and development for select laser melting devices like Platinum, Huaying and others.

Use iron-based powders to 3D print thin-walled and complex parts.

Product specifications: (0-45mm), 0-53mm, 15-45mm (15-50 mm), 15-53/15 (53-53 mm), 45-50mm (45-105mm), etc. All types of powders and granular can be manufactured to your order.
