What is wear-resistant ceramic alumina lining (Alumina Ceramic Lining)?The alumina ceramic wear-resistant coating is made from a special corundum material formed by Al2O3 in the main raw materials and a rare metallic oxide as a solvent. This ceramic is then calcined with a high heat of 1700°C.
There are many different types of alumina tiles that can be used as wear-resistant linings. These include alumina sheets, high aluminum linings (also known as wear-resistant ceramics), alumina patches and alumina linings.

It is a good performer, and can be used for a very long time in temperatures up to 350 deg C.

Look at the surface of ceramic sheet first. The surface is uniformly colored, smooth and free of black spots. After vulcanization the ceramic wear-resistant lining is attached to background paper. The joints will be continuously formed in a straight line. They can be identified through measuring the density. Density can be measured to calculate the alumina. The test can also be performed using a 45-degree spray angle, a 50-mm distance, and a pressure 4.0 kg/cm3. Gradient, time-measured wear within 60 minute.

Can wear-resistant ceramic alumina linings be applied in those industries?
Wear-resistant alumina linings are used in power, metallurgy (including coal), petroleum, chemical, machinery, and other industries. The material should be safe and reliable to use for high-temperature corrosion, high-temperature wear or high-temperature ablation. The data shows that the wear-resistant materials have a ten-to-twenty-fold higher life span than cast stone or steel-plastic composites, steel or rubber.
