The plastic properties of vanadium are restored, and the hardness is reduced.
5. Vanadium hydroide does not react when it comes into contact with water, or even boiled hydrochloric. However, nitric acids will oxidize the hydride. Hydrogen storage alloys use vanadium hydrides.
