Uses and usage of various concrete additives

How serious are fertility problems today? People don't want to give birth,can't afford it, and can't give birth that has become the "three mountains".
The problem of childbirth is related to the people's livelihood. Whether a country can prosper or not depends on the population. I saw a set of data a few days ago. The data shows that on January 1, 1990, 2,784 babies were born in Shanghai. Ten years later, on January 1, 2000, 1,148 babies were born in Shanghai. In 2010, the number became 380. , 2020 only 156 people, the decline in the birth rate is shocking. The three most critical reasons are: I don't want to give birth, I can't afford it, I can't give birth! The decline of the global population will bring a series of economic and social problems, among which the demand for concrete additive will also be affected.

Self-leveling regulating water-retaining agent

Dry and large flow concrete is used to solve the problems of unreasonable gradation of sand and stone, excessive stone powder, machine-made sand, bottom glue, low-grade large flow concrete, and poor waterline and workability after pumping and coagulation, which is different from traditional cellulose and dextrin. This product and the superplasticizer system have good mutual solubility, and there will be no delamination and deterioration at different temperatures. It is recommended to add 5~20kg per ton of finished polycarboxylic acid.

 

Machine-made sand regulator (liquid, powder)

Uses: it can be used for machine-made sand concrete to open, but it has poor workability, poor slump protection, less paste, exposed stone, bottom peeling and other conditions to improve its overall performance. It is recommended that 10% polycarboxylic acid be added with 20~40kg per ton.

 

Mud inhibitor (liquid, powder)

Used for washing sand, mountain sand, stone powder, artificial broken sand, large mud content of rubber, to ensure that it can be opened and protected, repel cement particles and disperse the paste. Equal or excessive replacement of ethers, so that polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and slump-retaining agent play a routine role in practical work, so there is no need to greatly increase the amount of superplasticizer to achieve dispersion. Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer with 10% solid content per ton is recommended, and 10~30kg is recommended.

 

Low temperature early strength antifreeze

Anti-freezing early strength, effectively improve 1-day, 3-day, 7-day early strength, no effect on the later strength growth, good frost resistance. It is recommended that 10% polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer plus 5-20kg per ton.

 

Concrete viscosity reducer

It is used for high grade concrete, low grade concrete with much stone powder and mortar and grouting materials. It is suggested that polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer with 10% solid content per ton should be added to this product 20~40kg.

 

Concrete antiflocculant.

When used in washing sand, it can effectively degrade and neutralize the effect of polyqing flocculant on the dispersibility, slump retention and strength of concrete. It is recommended that polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer with 10% solid content per ton be added to this product 20~40kg.

 

Concrete anti-segregation agent.

The concrete used for large slump segregation has a good control effect and a wide range of dosage. it is suitable for drivers to adjust at the construction site without returning the car, and will not affect the strength, setting time and chromatic aberration of segregated concrete. This product is powder. It is recommended to add 0.5-1kg to each side of concrete and mix fully in the mixer for more than 3 minutes.

 

Super retarder.

When used in the environment with high temperature (above 35 ), it has a wide adaptability to materials and will not appear pseudo-condensation phenomenon. It can delay the final setting of concrete for more than 18 hours and does not affect the later strength. It is recommended that 10% polycarboxylic acid cost addition 10~60kg/.

 

Polycarboxylic acid high efficiency air entraining agent.

Good foaming and foaming stability. Reduce the adsorption of superplasticizer in inferior cementing materials, effectively improve the grouting, workability and impermeability of concrete, and have little effect on the strength of thermosolidified soil. The finished product containing 10% solid content of polycarboxylic acid per ton is added to this air entraining agent 0.5~2.0kg (common dosage 0.8~1.5kg); 20% solid content is doubled accordingly. It is recommended that 30% of naphthalene or aliphatic or aminosulfonic acid superplasticizer per ton, plus 1.5 ~ 3.0kg.

 

Naphthalene slump protection agent.

The cement particles are released from charge in the later stage of hydration to achieve the purpose of post-dispersion, so that the concrete can get plasticity, thus delaying the slump loss of concrete and saving the amount of air entrained and dextrin. It is suggested that naphthalene superplasticizer with 30% solid content should be added to 25~40kg per ton.

 

preservative.

Polycarboxylic acid (naphthalene series, etc.) superplasticizer is antiseptic and sterilized with polycarboxylic acid, sodium gluconate, sugar and other components. Industrial washing products, emulsified metal processing oil and other anti-corrosion. It is recommended to add 0.8~2kg per ton of finished products.

 

Concrete foaming agent.

Foaming and foam stabilization, used for lightweight thermal insulation material of foamed concrete. Backfill concrete ten sound insulation materials, 3D printing materials, etc. According to the bulk density or strength requirements of different materials, the addition amount varies from 1% to 10% of the rubber material.

 

Defoamer.

Coagulation and water reducer industries, papermaking, oil refining, coal water slurry additives, sewage treatment and other industries to eliminate large foam and stabilize micro-foam. It is recommended to add 100-200g per ton of finished superplasticizer.

 

Modified rosin air entraining agent.

The disadvantages of high viscosity and poor water solubility of traditional macromolecular rosin air entraining agent can be changed to form fine and dense bubbles and good stability of microfoams. Improve the workability and impermeability of concrete. It is recommended to add this product 2~4kg for every ton of finished water reducer.
