SLA laser photocuring flow
Under the control of the computer, scan along the liquid surface according to the requirements of the section contour. Under the computer's control, focus the laser beam on the liquid surface and scan it according to the section contour. This will cure the resin along the scanned area, resulting in a resin sheet with the section contour. The table is then lowered a thin layer to cover the cured resin sheet with a fresh liquid resin to perform a second laser scanning curing. The newly-cured layer is then adhered to the previous one and so forth until the whole product is formed.
