The cement foaming agent (also known as foaming concrete agent) is an admixture which can lower the surface tension and produce large amounts of stable, uniform foam for the production concrete.

Concrete foaming agent description

Concrete foaming agent also known cement foaming agent, concrete mousseing agent refers a mixture that can reduce liquid's surface tension to produce large amounts of uniform, stable foam for concrete production. Foaming agents are substances that can make their aqueous solution produce large quantities of foam by applying mechanical force to the air. This substance is either a surfactant (or a surface active substances). Its surface activity is the essence of a foaming agent.

Application concrete foaming agent:

Foaming Agent is used in the manufacture of foam concrete roofs, roof thermal insulation layers, floor heating concrete thermalinsulation layer, foam concrete sound insulation, and thermal insulation cushion.
Foaming agents can foam lime, stone powder and fly ash. They also foam other raw materials such as partition boards, concrete, and blocks.


Concrete Production Operation:
1. Add 30 times of water to the foaming agent to make it a liquid.
2. In turn, add the cement, sands, and stones to the mixer and mix the concrete slurry.
3. Start the foaming device and then send the foaming liquid through the foam generation.
4. Mix the foam according to the predetermined amounts in the horizontal mixer and then mix it evenly.
5. The prepared foaming slurry can be sent to the molding machine.

CLC foaming agents are a great advantage.
