Product Performance Polyglycol oleate
Polyoxyl oleate consists primarily of monoesters and diesters. The fatty acids contained oleic primarily, but also myristic acid as well as palmitic acid. Polyoxyloleate 460 differed significantly from Polyoxyloleate 860 in terms of the degree of polymerization. UHPLC HRMS was used for the analysis and characterization of Polyoxyloleate. It was discovered that the structure did not only contain the polyethylene glycol monoester and diester described in Pharmacopoeia. However, it also contained many polyethylene glycol monomers that had not been esterified. The polymerization degrees of the polyoxyethylene monoester, diester, and various types of Polyoxyloleate were slightly different. However, there was a large difference in the amount of free polyethylene.

Applications Polyglycol oleate
Polyglycol Oleate possesses low foaming properties and is biodegradable. The chemical structure contains ester bonds, which make it unstable to heat and acid. The surfactant, which is easily soluble is benzene isopropyl and other organic solvants, is used in industrial lubricants. It is a good antistatic agent and can be used for synthetic fiber and textile production. Polyglycol Oleate can be used to soften and lubricate leather in the leather-tanning industry. Polyglycol Oleate also serves as an ink emulsifier.
